I have been on both sides of this problem.

I'm Adrian: coach, athlete, and the guy on the other side of the screen when you sign up.

My journey started on the field, leading up to captaining the Czech national U19 American Football team. Growing up in elite sports meant I spent years working with many different coaches: athletic coaches, sport physios, strength coaches.

The idea for Tremo actually came during a frustrating week back in Prague after an injury in England. I was trying to book sessions with a coach, trading texts for days just to find a slot. I remember thinking: "I just want to send my calendar, see his, and book where they overlap."

That gap between athlete and coach is exactly what I wanted to bridge. Because when I moved to the other side, coaching Tennis, American Football, and Olympic weightlifting, I realized coaches had it even worse. We weren't just teaching, we were chasing down payments, tracking bookings, and fighting with four different apps. Tremo is the tool I wish I had from the start.

Got questions?

Do my clients have to download the app to book?
No. They open your link, pick a session, and pay from their phone by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay on the web or in the client app. Regular clients often use the app for chat and rebooking, but it is never required to book.
How do payouts work? Do you hold my money?
Payments run on Stripe. Depending on your setup, money is paid out through your connected Stripe account, or routed through our platform account with a pending payout to you. Stripe, not us, handles the card details.
Can I run group sessions without refund chaos?
Yes. That is the live gate. Set a minimum, collect sign-ups without charging anyone, approve who is in, then go live and cards charge. No collecting then refunding when numbers are light.
Which payment methods can clients use?
Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay on the web and in the app. Some sessions can be set to cash, paid in person, and cash still counts in your dashboard and stats.
Do I have to migrate everything from WhatsApp?
No. Start with your next session: post it and share your link. For existing clients, mass invite sends them a link to connect on the web or in the app.
What is different for the coach vs the client?
You run everything from the coach app. Clients get their own client app for messaging, bookings, and reminders. They can also book and pay from your link without installing anything. Neither app is required for clients to book.
